Vegan Banana Apple Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS (Smoothie)

  • 1 medium-size banana (spotty for better taste)
  • 1 small apple
  • 1/2 tablespoon of maca powder
  • 3 tablespoons of rolled oats
  • approx 1.7 fl oz (50ml) of fresh water

TOPPING (Optional)

  • 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
  • about 1 teaspoon of hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes



 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all smoothie ingredients (banana, apple, maca, water, and oats) to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer everything to a bowl.
  • Add all of the topping ingredients.
