Vegan Banana Apple Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS (Smoothie)
- 1 medium-size banana (spotty for better taste)
- 1 small apple
- 1/2 tablespoon of maca powder
- 3 tablespoons of rolled oats
- approx 1.7 fl oz (50ml) of fresh water
TOPPING (Optional)
- 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
- about 1 teaspoon of hemp hearts
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all smoothie ingredients (banana, apple, maca, water, and oats) to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer everything to a bowl.
- Add all of the topping ingredients.
