Banana Coconut Chia Pudding

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of Maple syrup (or honey if you are not a vegan)
- 1 teaspoon of shredded coconut
- approx 1/2 cup (100ml) of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I used almond milk)
TOPPING
- 1/2 of a medium-size banana
- 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a jar (or a small glass) and stir together. Tighten lid (or cover with plastic wrap). Place chia pudding in a fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Slice banana into round circles and add them on top of the chia pudding. Drizzle peanut butter over bananas.
