Crispy and Cheesy Roasted Broccoli (Vegan)
Hello Everyone! For today’s recipe, we have amazing Crispy and Cheesy Roasted Broccoli. This crunchy treat has become one of the must-haves when watching a movie or when guests arrive. It’s 100% guilt-free which, we’ll all agree, it’s the best thing ever! 🙂
There is no need to tell you that we always eat the whole thing within a couple of minutes. It never lasts longer than that :). If you are feeling lazy this recipe is the best for you. It requires minimal effort and minimal baking skills. All you have to do is to combine all the ingredients and bake for 20 minutes! Yes, it’s that easy!

INGREDIENTS
- 2.5 cups (about 440 g) fresh broccoli florets
- 5 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan saltÂ
- 4 tablespoons Olive oilÂ
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).Â
- In a large baking dish line a parchment paper. Set aside.
- Wash and dry broccoli florets. Add them to a large bowl along with Himalayan salt, nutritional yeast, and olive oil. Stir everything until all broccoli florets are evenly coated. Transfer to a baking dish making sure that broccoli has enough space to bake. Bake for about 10 minutes then flip them over and bake for another 10 minutes or so. We like to leave the florets a bit longer for some extra crunchiness. Be careful not to burn them.
- When done, let it cool for about 5-10 minutes and serve. Â
- Optional: Sprinkle with some additional nutritional yeast.
