INGREDIENTS (for Chocolate Raspberry Pineapple Smoothie)
- 3/4 cup (95 g) frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup (75 g) fresh pineapples
- 1.5 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- approx 1 fl oz (30 ml) water or dairy-free milk (more or less depending on how thick you want the smoothie to be)
TOPPING (Optional)
- 5-6 raspberries
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa nibs
- 4 small slices of pineapple
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all smoothie ingredients (raspberries, pineapple, peanut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, oats, and water or dairy-free milk) to a blender.
- Blend on high until you reach a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Transfer everything to a bowl.
- Add all of the topping ingredients
