Detoxifying Acai Bowl Recipe
Recently, we have discovered amazing detoxifying berries, ACAI berries. They are very difficult to find in a fresh or frozen state, well, at least where we live. However, luckily there is acai powder available on the market. This is our first recipe with this amazing powder – Detoxifying Acai Bowl Recipe – you’ll fell in love with this recipe.
Detoxifying our body is extremely important. Process of detoxification helps in eliminating toxins and other bad things from our (blood) system. This process is done through the liver. Keeping our liver happy is the key to this process.
As you already know our favorite smoothie bowl ever is Avocado Banana Green Smoothie Bowl. We wanted to keep most of those ingredients in our new smoothie, plus to add acai powder. The taste is absolutely amazing. Therefore, knowing all the health benefits of this smoothie makes it even more likable.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole ripe banana
- a handful of fresh spinach
- 1 teaspoon acai powder
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- a handful of fresh Aronia (Chokeberry)
- about 3.38 fl oz (100 ml) nondairy milk – add more if necessary
TOPPING (optional)
- coconut flakes
- fresh blackberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour everything into a bowl. Add topping ingredients.
