Green Banana Mint Smoothie
A couple of years ago I started incorporating green smoothies first into my weekly and then into daily routine. Ever since then I’ve made so many different combinations but my absolutely favorite one was the one with banana, avocado, and spinach. After making our last recipe I had some left over mint and decided to add it as extra ingredient. That’s how I’ve created Green Banana Mint Smoothie, perfect summer smoothie Darko and I both love.
With frozen banana and mint leaves you’ll get super refreshing and cool green smoothie. What we love the most about it is its creamy texture. For some extra sweetness we added chocolate chips but those are totally optional.
Green Banana Mint Smoothie is 100% vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar free. Like all our green smoothie recipes this one is incredibly healthy and have all the important nutrients we need to start a day with. Besides that, you’ll agree with us, this smoothie has the most beautiful green color ;).

INGREDIENTS
- 1 large ripe banana (frozen is better)
- 1 generous handful (about 45 g) fresh baby spinach
- 0.5 oz (15 g) fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 small ripe avocado
- about 6.8 fl oz (200ml) coconut milk – we used full fat coconut milk for extra creaminess
TOPPING
- chocolate chips (per your taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour everything into a jar or a glass. Garnish with some chocolate chips.
- Enjoy your Green Banana Mint Smoothie! Use frozen bananas if you like super refreshing smoothie.
