Apple-Orange Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS (Smoothie)
- 1 medium-size apple
- 1 large orange
- 4 tablespoons of rolled oats
- A handful of mixed greens (spinach, kale, etc.. whatever you have on hand)
- approx 5.07 fl oz (150ml) of non-dairy milk (I used unsweetened almond milk)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all the smoothie ingredients (apple, orange, mixed greens, non-dairy milk, and oats) to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer everything to a glass.
- Enjoy your Apple-Orange Green Smoothie!
