To be able to make a green smoothie, or smoothie bowl, we’ll need a lot of greens, right? We decided to use fresh baby spinach, celery, and zucchini. Now the fun part – the taste. We added one whole banana, even half would do the job, and we used unsweetened vanilla almond milk! These two ingredients brought this recipe on a completely new level.
We created a creamy, sweet, and absolutely delicious smoothie bowl. Our favorite toppings for green smoothies are always blueberries and coconut. Combinations are endless, this recipe would also go perfectly will kale instead of spinach. Any kind of berries are good as a topping.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole ripe banana
- a handful of fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup (75 g) fresh zucchini
- 1/4 cup (55 g) celery
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- about 3.38 fl oz (100 ml) nondairy vanilla milk – add more if necessary
TOPPING (optional)
- coconut flakes
- fresh blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until you reach a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Pour everything into a bowl. Add topping ingredients.
