Mango Cinnamon Chia Pudding

I like to experiment with chia pudding and to try as many variations as possible. This is one of the best ones I’ve ever made. It has all nutrients and all healthy fats needed.
We all know all amazing benefits of chia seeds, but beside them, this delicious breakfast contains flax seeds. Flax seeds are known for improving digestion, cholesterol, balance hormones, and many other things. Try adding 1 teaspoon of flax seed to your smoothie or chia pudding, and see the amazing results! This Mango Cinnamon Chia Pudding recipe is 100% vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
- approx 1/2 cup (100ml) of unsweetened non-dairy milk (I used almond milk)
TOPPING
- 1/2 of a medium-size mango
- about 1/2 teaspoon hemp hearts
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all the ingredients to a jar (or a small glass) and stir together. Tighten lid (or cover with plastic wrap). Place chia pudding in a fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Slice mango into small cubes and add them on top of the chia pudding. Sprinkle with hemp seeds.
- Enjoy your Mango Cinnamon Chia Pudding!
