No-Bake Oat Granola Bars

Ever since I was a child I loved oat granola bars, they were one of my favorite snacks. By growing up I realized that my favorite store brought granola bars are not as healthy as I thought they were. They are full of sugars, palm oil, and other bad ingredients.

When I met Darko, he thought me how to make No-Bake Oat Granola Bars with super healthy ingredients and within just a couple of minutes. They are great as a quick snack, breakfast, post-workout snack, or a dessert! Let us show you our favorite oat bars ever! We promise – you’ll love them! 🙂 
No Bake Oat Granola Bars
What we love about these quick snacks is that you can experiment with the ingredients. Feel free to add any nuts and any dried fruits that you love. No matter what you add every time you’ll make perfect bars. You can’t go wrong with these. Our choice for these bars, apart from the oats, were cranberries and almonds. These crunchy oat granola bars are 100% vegan, gluten-free, and dairy free.
Oat Granola Bars
Prep time: 7 min   Cook time: 5 min   Total: 12 min   Servings: 5




 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 3/4 cup (160g) quick oats
  • 1/4 cup (20g) rolled oats
  • about 1/3 cup (80g) almond butter
  • 2/3 cup (80g) dried cranberries
  • 7/8 cup (75g) chopped raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (100g) agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Line 8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir everything together. Use your hands to, no need for a spatula. 
  • Transfer everything into a baking dish and press, with your fingers, into a flat layer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Cut into bars or squares. Serve and enjoy your delicious No-Bake Oat Granola Bars.

NOTES

  • Use room temperature coconut oil, no need to heat it.
  • We got 10 granola bars.
