Oven-Baked Rosemary Salmon
Salmon is the most delicious fish I’ve ever tasted! But you have to know how to prepareĀ Oven-Baked Rosemary Salmon, because if over cooked, salmon can be very dry and not juicy at all. This is why you have to use the marinade. I’ve been experimenting with a marinade for a long time and either it’s too sour or too salty. I finally made the perfect marinade – salmon is super juicy and has a soft texture!
I recommend you to marinate the salmon for about 30 minutes, but if in a hurry, just toss it over and start baking – it will be perfect as well! š
As a fatty fish, salmon is highly rich in omega-3 fatty acids. They are extremely important for your body, brain, and the most important for your heart because they decrease the risk of heart diseases. Beside that Oven-Baked Rosemary Salmon is an excellent source of vitamin B-12, vitamin D, and selenium.
