Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal

INGREDIENTS
- 5 1/2 tablespoons ground or regular rolled oats
- 6.8 fl oz (200 ml) non-dairy milk or water
- 1/2 ripe banana (mashed)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
TOPPING
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small size saucepan, add oats, non-dairy milk (or water), and mashed banana and bring to boil. Stir constantly until the mixture starts to thicken.Â
- Transfer the mixture into a small bowl. Add the topping ingredients: slice banana into small round bites and add peanut butter.
