INGREDIENTS (Smoothie)
- 1 medium-size apple
- 1/2 cup of fresh raspberries (or more if you want)
- 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
- 3.5 tablespoons of rolled oats
- approx 2.7 fl oz (80ml) of fresh water
TOPPING (Optional)
- 6-7 fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
