Red Beans Hummus – Vegan
Red Beans Hummus is a recipe we’ve been postponing to make for a long time. The main reason was that beans can be a bit hard for my stomach. I feel bloated every time after eating any kind of beans, so I tend to avoid them. But despite that, we decided to make this recipe, and I’m so glad that we did!
Somehow I don’t feel bloated after eating it. We still don’t know what is the secret. Maybe the combination of all the ingredients is what makes this amazing hummus easy for my belly. But anyway we cannot express enough how good this dip is.
This amazing Red Beans Hummus is creamy and is perfect as a dip or a spread. We love it. The texture is amazing. A spice that we thought would never use was cumin, but it goes so well with this dip. To make it even tastier you can add garlic, but we skipped it this time.
Besides the taste, this is the easiest and fastest hummus recipe on our website. All you need is just 7 minutes of your time, maybe even less to make it. Huge time saver! 🙂
