Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Hello Everyone! 🙂 We are continuing our series of roasted vegetable recipes. We are so happy to share with you our Roasted Brussels Sprouts recipe. Even if you are not into veggies, trust us, Brussels sprouts are one of the best vegetables to roast. The taste is amazing. What is even better is that you don’t need a lot of spices, just salt, and olive oil.Â
Roasted Brussels Sprouts have crispy outside which makes them a perfect healthy snack. We love eating them while watching a movie or a tv show. 🙂
When it comes to cooking time, we set the time to 20 minutes, but this really depends on your oven. In some ovens, Brussels sprouts will take longer to roast. Also, make sure to check them every 5-10 minutes, coz they can burn very easily.Â
This simple recipe is perfect for beginners, no cooking skills required, plus it is super budget-friendly. Like all the other roasted veggie recipes on our blog, this one is vegan, gluten-free, and, of course, dairy-free.
