Roasted Cauliflower
Recently we posted a Crispy And Cheesy Roasted Broccoli (Vegan) recipe which was very well accepted. We received a lot of requests for making more roasted vegetable recipes like that one, you guys are loving them. 🙂 This is why we are sharing with you our new and super delicious Roasted Cauliflower recipe. Â
Some vegetables taste better roasted than boiled. In our opinion cauliflower is one of those. Both of us are not huge fans of cauliflower, but when it comes to roasted cauliflower we absolutely love it! 🙂 It’s super delicious, soft and crunchy at the same time. It’s a perfect side dish for any meal and goes perfectly in any salad if you ask us.
This recipe is of course vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and most of all yummy! 🙂
What makes this recipe even more attractive is how simple it is. All you have to do is to chop the cauliflower, season it with some salt, pepper and olive oil. And let it bake for about 30 minutes! 🙂 It’s perfect for beginners, students, and also very budget-friendly.

Prep time: 10 min  Cook time: 30-35 min  Total: 40-45 min  Servings: 6
INGREDIENTS
- 35.3 oz (about 1 kg) fresh cauliflower
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan saltÂ
- 4 tablespoons Olive oilÂ
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).Â
- In a large baking dish line a parchment paper. Set aside.
- How to cut cauliflower for roasting: First, discard all leaves. Cut the cauliflower head in half, from the top throughout the stem to the bottom. Cut each piece in half, and then halve each piece again. To get the florets, just removed the core of each piece. It is important to end up with pieces roughly the same size. If you need to cut each larger florets in half, do so.
- Wash and dry cauliflower florets. Add them to a large bowl along with Himalayan salt, pepper, and olive oil. Stir everything until all cauliflower florets are evenly coated. Transfer to a baking dish making sure that cauliflower has enough space to bake. Bake for about 15 minutes then flip them over and bake for another 15 minutes or so. We like to leave the florets a bit longer for some extra crunchiness. Be careful not to burn them.
- When done, let them cool for about 5-10 minutes and serve. Â
- Enjoy your Roasted Cauliflower!
