Roasted Red Peppers
Roasted Red Peppers are one of our favorite salad ingredients or even a side dish. If you don’t know how to roast red peppers or any other peppers, don’t worry! We got you covered! 🙂 The best thing about this recipe is that you can make an endless amount of recipes with them.
After roasting you can freeze them or preserve in a jar. Whatever you do they’ll keep the soft texture and the same taste. We haven’t seasoned them with anything, it’s up to you to add the spice mixture you like the most. Â
For this recipe, we used red peppers, but you can use any peppers you like, the process is the same. In our opinion, these are the perfect peppers for roasting. The process is very simple, anyone, even absolute beginners, can make this recipe. All you have to do is to wash the peppers, bake them for 20 minutes, flip them, and bake for another 20 minutes. Easy as that! 🙂
This recipe is 100% vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free!
