Smoked Paprika Hummus Recipe
Hello Everyone! We’ve been talking so many times about how much we love hummus. It’s one of those dips you can add into a salad, use as a spread, eat as a snack, etc. Besides the fact of how healthy hummus is, it’s simple and very easy to make, just a couple of minutes and it’s done. This is why we are sharing with you today our brand new recipe, Smoked Paprika Hummus! 🙂
This hummus is super creamy, that’s because we added more tahini than we usually do. But the smoked paprika is what it gives it the special flavor. If you like smoked paprika, you’ll love this recipe! 🙂

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup (200 g) cooked chickpeas
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- water (if necessary – 1-2 tablespoons depends on your taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
- For this recipe, we used pre-cooked chickpeas.Â
- Into a food processor add cooked chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, olive oil, smoked paprika, and salt and mix for about 1 minute until smooth. Add water if necessary, depending on the thickness.
- Transfer the mixture to a prepared jar or another dish.
- Serve and enjoy Smoked Paprika Hummus!
