Don’t judge a smoothie from its color. š The brownish color of this smoothie comes from spinach, reishi powder, and raspberries. All those ingredients mixed together, give this kind of a strange color. But color doesn’t affect the flavor, it’s super delicious. This recipe is going on our “most favorite” smoothies list!

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 celery sticks
- 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
- 1 teaspoon reishi powder
- 2 tablespoons quick oats
- 4 tablespoons light coconut yogurt
- about 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) almond milk – add more if necessary
TOPPING (optional)
- coconutĀ flakes
- fresh blueberries
- fresh strawberries
- hemp hearts
- about 1 teaspoon coconut yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour everything into a (coconut) bowl. Add topping ingredients. We haven’t specified the amount of the topping ingredients. This depends on you, and how many toppings you want, and what amount.
