Fresh Tagliatelle with Cherry Tomatoes and Basil
So many of you liked our Chicken Mushroom and Asparagus Spaghetti so we decided to make more pasta recipes. 🙂 Tagliatelle with Cherry Tomatoes and Basil is a perfect vegetarian Italian dish. The recipe can be vegan if you use egg-less pasta, but we used regular fresh Italian Tagliatelle in ours.
Tagliatelle are long and flat ribbons and are our favorite type of pasta. They go well with anything, but we love eating them with light sauces and fresh veggies and herbs.
Tomato sauce, fresh cherry tomatoes, and basil sounds like perfect ingredients for any pasta, right? It’s so refreshing, and easy for your stomach, especially if you are using gluten-free Tagliatelle. This dish is great for hot summer days. Don’t leave the basil out coz it gives it a special flavor!
