INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- a piece of regular fresh toast or rice toast
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
- cherry tomatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl add avocado, lemon juice, and salt. Use the back of the fork to gently mash the avocado, and to combine it with the rest of the ingredients.
- On a piece of bread or rice toast, add the mashed avocado, season with pepper, and add sliced cherry tomatoes.
