All you need is oats, pumpkin puree, spices, sweetener, and non-dairy milk.

INGREDIENTS
- 6 tablespoons ground rolled oats
- 3-4 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 6.8 fl oz (200ml) almond milk (or any other neutral dairy-free milk or water)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or honey if not vegan)
TOPPING (Optional)
- pumpkin seeds
- pumpkin pie spice
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small size saucepan, add oats, almond milk, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup (or honey) and bring to boil. Stir constantly until the mixture starts to thicken.
- Add pumpkin puree and stir until thickens enough – depends on your taste
- Transfer the oatmeal to a small bowl and add topping ingredients.
