When it comes to toppings, one of my definitely favorite ones are blueberries. Finally, I was lucky to find early season fresh blueberries and decided to add them and cacao nibs on top of this delicious smoothie bowl.

INGREDIENTS (Smoothie)
- 1/2 of avocado
- 2 cups (about 60g) fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 medium-size banana
- 1 small peach
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- about 1.35 fl oz (40 ml) coconut water (or regular water)
TOPPING (Optional)
- Blueberries (amount depends on your taste)
- one teaspoon of cacao nibs
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until you reach smooth and creamy consistency.
- Pour everything into a bowl. Add topping ingredients.
