Vegan Avocado Spinach Green Smoothie Bowl
Avocado Spinach Green Smoothie Bowl is by far the creamiest smoothie bowl I ever made :). Gorgeous bright green color comes from avocado, kiwi, and spinach. It’s one of those smoothie bowls full of nutrients, detoxifying ingredients, and other health benefits. Definitely, a perfect way to start a day with! You must try it! I was even thinking to freeze it and try as an ice cream. I am sure it could be a great healthy dessert for upcoming hot summer days.
Avocado is one of the most nutrition-packed fruit. Therefore eating avocado at least 3-5 times a week can help lower cholesterol and triglyceride level. Also, it contains monounsaturated fats – healthy fats that speed up our basil metabolic rate.

INGREDIENTS (Smoothie)
- 1/2 of avocado
- 2 cups (about 60g) fresh baby spinach
- 1 small kiwi
- 2 medium size strawberries
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 4-5 tablespoons rolled oats
- about 1.35 fl oz (40 ml) dairy-free milk (I used oat milk)
TOPPING (Optional)
- one medium size strawberry
- slice of kiwi
- cherries
- 1.5 tablespoon coconut flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until you reach smooth and creamy consistency.
- Pour everything into a bowl. Add topping ingredients.
