Vegan Banana Mango & Pear Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Hello Everyone! Summer is a great period for going on a vacation and spending time on a beach, enjoying the sun, and having fun. We have just returned from a beautiful Greek island and can’t wait to share one of our favorite smoothie bowl recipes we were making there almost every day!
Banana Mango & Pear Smoothie Bowl is refreshing, naturally sweet meal you’ll absolutely adore. While we were exploring the island we found out a lot of fig trees on the way – we all know how tasty fresh figs are. Since we’ve been eating them all the time I’ve added them, as a natural sweetener, in this recipe along with some fresh baby radish leaves.
This recipe is 100% suitable for vegans and vegetarians, it doesn’t contain gluten, and is 100% dairy free!

INGREDIENTS
- one half of a medium-size banana
- 1/2 cup (90 grams) fresh mango
- 1 small pear (about 1.7 oz or 50 grams)
- a handful of baby radish leaves
- a small fresh fig
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds (flax seed meal)
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- about 1.35 fl oz (40 ml) nondairy milk (or regular water) – add more if necessary
TOPPING (Optional)
- one large fig sliced
- shredded coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until you reach smooth and creamy consistency.
- Pour everything into a bowl. Add topping ingredients.
