INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/8 cup (about 120g) raw cashews
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor blend for about 20 – 30 sec or until finely ground.
- Transfer parmesan to a prepared jar or airtight container. It can last for several weeks in fridge.
