This delicious smoothie bowl is full of nutrients, protein, antioxidants, and taste absolutely amazing! Blueberries are our favorite smoothie ingredient so we couldn’t skip it in this veggie recipe :).

Recently we started adding protein powders in our smoothies mainly because we got tired of adding oats in every single one! 🙂 They give the perfect texture to each smoothie and enough protein for the beginning of the day.

Vegetable Smoothie Bowl
Prep time: 2 min   Cook time: 3 min   Total: 5 min   Servings:1




 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup (150 g) fresh zucchini (chopped)
  • 5-6 fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup (25 g) blueberries
  • a teaspoon of maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed protein powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • about 3.38 fl oz (100 ml) nondairy milk – add more if necessary

TOPPING (Optional)

  • coconut flakes
  • fresh blueberries
  • fresh raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until you reach a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Pour everything into a bowl. Add topping ingredients.
