Watermelon Mint Salad
Do you like watermelons? We absolutely love it! It’s our favorite summer fruit. What if we tell you that you can make perfectly refreshing and juicy salad recipe using watermelons as you main ingredient? Yes you heard right, our Watermelon Mint Salad is super easy to make, it’s sweet and crunchy and perfect for hot summer days.
Combining fruits and veggies has always been something we love experimenting with. The key is to find the right ingredients. For this recipe we used watermelon and cucumber as our base, then we added chopped fresh mint to spice the things up and give the salad fresh taste. For dressing we mixed lemon juice and maple syrup – sweet enough but not too much, to give some more flavor to the salad.
Savory and sweet at the same time, this amazing salad is the best summer salad ever. When making, use cool ingredients or keep the salad in the fridge before serving. Besides been refreshing, Watermelon Mint Salad will also keep you hydrated, coz both, cucumber and watermelon, are high of water.
