Healthy Vegan Banana Pear Spinach Smoothie Bowl

Banana Pear Spinach Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS (Smoothie)

  • 1/2 of a medium-size banana
  • 1 medium-size pear
  • 1 cup of fresh baby spinach
  • 3 tablespoons of ground oats
  • approx 1.7 fl oz (50ml) of fresh water

TOPPING (Optional)

  • 1/2 of a medium-size banana
  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut flakes
  • 1/3 teaspoon of hemp hearts



 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all smoothie ingredients (1/2 banana, pear, spinach, water, and oats) to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer everything to a bowl.
  • Slice half of a banana and add on top. 
  • Add the rest of the topping ingredients
