INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 cup (115g) rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (120g) peanut butter
- about 1/4 cup (80g) maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line 8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- Add maple syrup and peanut butter into a large mixing bowl. Using a spatula mix until evenly combined. Add cinnamon and rolled oats and stir everything together using your hands – it’s easier.
- Transfer everything into a baking dish and press with your fingers into a flat layer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Cut into bars or squares. Serve and enjoy your delicious Peanut Butter Granola Bars.
