Quick & Easy Tomato Salad
For today’s recipe we have a delicious Quick Easy Tomato Salad for you. It’s basically a modification of the famous Pico De Gallo Salad. We love Mexican food, but we are not big fans of very spicy food. It can be hard on the stomach sometimes so we tend to avoid it. We made an amazing Pico De Gallo Salad but without jalapeno.
This salad is full of flavors, it’s so refreshing, and smells like summer! 🙂 What we love about it is that it is perfect on its own but also tastes amazing on top of Bruschetta or a toast.Â

INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium-size tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 small red onion
DRESSING
- pinch of salt
- juice of 1 small lime
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dice tomatoes into bite-size pieces. Finely chop red onion and cilantro leaves.Â
- In a mixing bowl add all chopped veggies and toss everything.
- In a small squeeze one small lime and add salt, mix combine. Drizzle the dressing on top of the salad. Toss everything. Salad can be enjoyed right away, but the best taste it has if it sits for about 30 minutes in the fridge.
