Vegan Almond Energy Balls
We love energy balls! But you already know this, coz over the last couple of years we made dozens of batches of energy ball recipes. They are super easy to make, don’t require any cooking skills, and the ones we’ve prepared for you today have just 6 ingredients! Vegan Almond Energy Balls are naturally packed with protein and are absolutely delicious!
These protein energy bites are super healthy, doesn’t contain any refined sugar, or other unhealthy ingredients. Keep them in fridge to keep them chilled for up to 7 days or freeze them. Play with ingredients and reach the texture that is the best for your taste.
As all of our energy ball recipes this one is also 100% vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free. Great to snack on, full of healthy whole food ingredients, and perfect for beginners!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup (135 g) ground rolled oats
- 1 cup (110 g) almond flour
- 2.6 oz (75 g) raw almonds finely ground
- 4 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3.3 fl oz (100 g) almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (OPTIONAL)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl add all dry ingredients and stir until combined. Then add almond butter and maple syrup and using a spatula stir everything until dough is formed. If the dough is too dry you can add one teaspoon of almond butter. If it’s too wet for your taste just add more almond flour or ground oats.
- Form mixture into balls and repeat until no dough remains. Let them cool for at least 1 hour in fridge.
