Vegan Raffaello Coconut Balls
Do you like coconuts?! If you do, you are going to love this recipe! Our Vegan Raffaello Coconut Balls are super soft, creamy, and have the richest coconut flavor ever. To make them you’ll need just 4 ingredients! Super simple and relatively quick recipe to make.
What we’ve found amazing about these coconut balls is that they are perfect base recipe for other recipes. If coated with coconut they’ll become perfect bounty bites. Try it out! We wanted to make things simple, and include just coconut ingredients. Even the syrup we used for this recipe was coconut syrup. 🙂 Â
To make this recipe look more like original Raffaello balls add almond inside, but it’s totally optional. Our Vegan Coconut balls don’t contain any preservative, additives, refined sugars, or other things bad for your health. They are made of clean, heathy, and ingredients full of nutrients. But still, this doesn’t mean you should eat tons of them at once :).
This recipe is 100% vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup (190 ml) full fat coconut milk
- 2 cups (200 g) shredded coconut + extra for coating
- 4-5 tablespoons coconut syrup
- 2 teaspoons melted coconut oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl add all ingredients. Stir everything well with spatula until evenly combined. Let the dough sit in fridge for at least 2 hours or 30 minutes in freezer to firm.
- Form mixture into balls and repeat until no dough remains.
- Roll each ball into shredded coconut. Keep in fridge.
