INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 2 teaspoons almond-cinnamon butter
  • 1/2 cup frozen blackberries
  • 4 teaspoons oat flakes
  • 1/2 medium small avocado
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) almond milk – or any other dairy-free milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture. Adjust the amount of non-dairy milk to your liking to reach the desired consistency. We tend to lean towards thicker smoothies in our preference.
  • Pour everything into a jar or a glass.
