Fruity Protein Smoothie Recipe
Smoothies are, in our opinion, the quickest breakfast of them all. Plus they are perfect for lazy days when you don’t want to wash a lot of dishes. We were feeling a little bit lazy today and created a Fruity Protein Smoothie recipe for you. 🙂 Actually, this smoothie can be renamed to a Lazy Smoothie if you ask us :).
You are probably asking yourself why Lazy Smoothie? To make this smoothie all you have to do is to put all the ingredients inside and blend. There is no cutting or peeling fruits. We used frozen bananas that were already roughly chopped before freezing, frozen berries, and leftover avocado that we had in our fridge.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 avocado
- 2.3 oz (65 g) frozen blackberries
- 2.1 oz (60 g) frozen blueberries
- 1.8 oz (50 g) frozen raspberries
- 1 teaspoon acai powder
- 2 tablespoon hemp protein powder
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- about 5.1 fl oz (150 ml) almond milk – add more if necessary
TOPPING (optional)
- blueberries
- roasted chopped almonds
- a few slices of banana
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour everything into a (coconut) bowl. Add topping ingredients. We haven’t specified the amount of the topping ingredients. This depends on you, and how many toppings you want, and what amount.
