INGREDIENTS (Smoothie)
- 1/2 cup (115g) fresh grapefruit
- 1/2 cup (70g) fresh strawberries
- one medium size banana (spotty)
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) dairy-free milk (I used oat milk)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all smoothie ingredients (grapefruit, strawberries, banana, maca powder, hemp hearts, cinnamon, and dairy-free milk) to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer everything to a glass.
