INGREDIENTS (Smoothie)

  • 1/2 cup (115g) fresh grapefruit
  • 1/2 cup (70g) fresh strawberries
  • one medium size banana (spotty)
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) dairy-free milk (I used oat milk)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all smoothie ingredients (grapefruit, strawberries, banana, maca powder, hemp hearts, cinnamon, and dairy-free milk) to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer everything to a glass.
