Matcha Coconut Balls
For all Matacha lovers out there we have super easy and quick recipe – Matcha Coconut Balls. All you need is 15 minutes of your time and 5 ingredients. These balls are perfect healthy snack you can enjoy while drinking your favorite Matcha latte or coffee.
The base of this recipe is shredded coconut, coconut flour, and almond four. For beautiful greenish color we used 2 tablespoons of Matcha powder. Sweetener of our choice was agave syrup but feel free to use any liquid sweetener of your choice like maple syrup, coconut syrup, even honey.
For serving we decided to leave them as they are. But you can top them with a sprinkle of shredded coconut even coat them into white chocolate. Our Matcha Coconut Balls are 100% vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free. They don’t contain any refined sugar!

INGREDIENTS
- 3.5 oz (100 g) shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons Matcha powder
- 3.5 oz (100 g) almonds flour
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/3 cup (about 120 g) agave syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all dry ingredients into a large bowl and stir until combined. Then add wet ingredients and stir well until the dough is formed.
- Form mixture into balls and repeat until no dough remains. Let them cool for at least 1 hour in fridge.
- Serve and enjoy Vegan Matcha Coconut Balls the way you like!
