Refreshing Green Salad

Hello Everyone! We’ve made a perfect summer salad for you today. It’s quick, easy, and Refreshing Green Salad! You’ll love it!

During these warm days, the most important thing is to stay hydrated all the time. By sweating we lose a lot of water from our bodies. If you are one of those persons who don’t drink a lot of water at least you can incorporate a lot of vegetables and fruits that are water-rich.
Green Salad
This salad might look too simple, but don’t judge the book from its covers :). What we most like about it, is that it is very light on your stomach and perfectly goes as a side dish with any lunch or dinner meal. This salad is 100% vegan, gluten-free, and dairy free.

Green Vitamin Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 5 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 small green pepper
  • about 0.7 oz (20g) raw pumpkin seeds

DRESSING

  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash all the vegetable and chop them on bite-size pieces, and add into a medium size ball.
  • To make the dressing, add all dressing ingredients into a small bowl and mix them until combined. Feel free to add pepper or other spice of your choice here. We kept it simple no spices at all.
  • Pour dressing over the chopped vegetables. Toss everything together until combined add pumpkin seeds on top. Enjoy your Refreshing Green Salad.
